Service Retainer Agreement

FAEC welcomes inquiries and case assignments from the legal, insurance and industrial communities, as well as private individuals. Our Professional Engineers and Qualified Experts have provided assistance with thousands of losses and case settlements. They have over one thousand combined years of expert witness testimony experience. If you would like to assign a case to our firm, please download our Service Retainer Agreement below. Upon completion, please fax the signed Agreement to (757) 265-9334 for processing and assignment to an expert. Upon receipt of the original Agreement, and the retainer check, one of our staff members will contact you for assignment details.

Job Assignment Sheet

FAEC welcomes electronic Job Assignments. If you have a case that requires our expertise, please download this Job Assignment Form. Complete the information about your case, and what you would like us to do to assist you in settling this case. You can either fax the completed form to (757) 265-9334, or email it back to us at com@forensic-analysis.com. One of our senior staff will contact you with the name of the engineer that has been assigned, and ask you for any special requests that you may have.

FAEC offers evidence storage management for your convenience. Please call us directly at (800) 224-3595 and we can start processing your evidence. Below are two forms we use for transferring and disposing evidence. Please enclose an Evidence Transferral Form when sending evidence to us for the first time.
